Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Renaissance Coaching LLC (robertsolano.com)

Effective Date: June 2025

Welcome to robertsolano.com, operated by Renaissance Coaching LLC. We offer psychedelic education, community engagement, and guided retreats. Before you access or use any part of this site or our services, please read these terms and conditions and the privacy policy that follows. When you use this site, you accept these terms without reservation. If any part does not sit well with you, stop using the site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
When you visit robertsolano.com, you agree to follow these terms. They cover everything from how you engage with our educational articles or join our online community to signing up for retreats. We may update these terms from time to time. You will see the date at the top change when we make revisions. Keep checking back. Continued use after updates means you agree to the changes.

2. About Us and Our Services
Renaissance Coaching LLC runs this site. We provide written articles about psychedelic education, host a community in a members‐only app, and organize in‐person or virtual retreats involving plant medicine. Our goal is to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals explore personal growth through carefully guided experiences. When you access content here, understand it exists to inform and inspire. If you sign up for a retreat, you’ll see separate event details, fees, and terms.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or participate in our retreats. If your local laws require you to be older to consume certain substances, follow those laws. If you’re under any legal or medical restriction, you must not participate in activities or events that conflict with your situation. By signing up for any program or retreat, you confirm you meet all age and legal requirements.

4. User Accounts and Community Access
To join our members‐only community or sign up for paid content, you’ll create an account. Your username, photos, and any other content you share is visible to the community, including if you use a third party sign up like Google. You are responsible for your own privacy and which info you choose to share on the app. Don’t use your full name or photo unless you are ok with others knowing it. Keep your password secure and do not share it. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know immediately. We may suspend or delete accounts that misrepresent identity or break these rules.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
We share information on psychedelic practices, meditation, breathwork, integration exercises, and more. None of this replaces professional medical advice. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, physical ailment, or take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before acting on anything you read here. For example, if an article suggests setting intentions before a retreat, check with a mental health provider if you’re on psychiatric medication. You assume all risks when you apply any suggestions. We do not promise any particular outcome. If you attend a retreat, medical screening and disclosure forms will help us understand your situation, but you remain responsible for your own health decisions.

6. Psychedelic Education Content
We post articles, videos, and guides about various plant medicines—like ayahuasca, psilocybin, and others where they’re legal. When you read or watch material here, you should never interpret it as an invitation to break the law. We cover legal frameworks and encourage you to follow local regulations. If you live in a place where a given substance is not legal, do not attempt to obtain or use it based on our content.

7. Retreats and Event Terms
When you register for a guided retreat, we will provide detailed event terms in your registration packet. Those will include payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and a clear schedule. To reserve your spot, you’ll pay a deposit. If you cancel before a stated cutoff date, we’ll refund part or all of your deposit according to the event policy. After that date, payments are nonrefundable, though you may transfer your spot if there’s availability and we approve it. During retreats, trained facilitators will guide ceremonies and integration sessions. You must sign a liability waiver and medical disclosure form before any ceremony. By attending, you accept inherent risks. For instance, if you feel unwell during a hallucinogenic ceremony, our facilitators will help you through, but you agree you participate at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, graphics, designs, videos, audio files, and software on the site belong to Renaissance Coaching LLC or are used with permission. You may view content for your personal use only. Copying, distributing, or altering any material without our written permission violates copyright law. If you want to share an article on social media, use our share icons or link to the page. Do not copy and paste entire articles onto your own site or newsletter.

9. User‐Generated Content
If you post comments, photos, stories, or feedback in our community or on social media related to robertsolano.com, you grant us a perpetual, royalty‐free right to use, display, edit, or adapt that content anywhere we see fit—on our website, in promotional materials, or in social posts. By posting content, you confirm you own it or have permission to share it and you take full responsibility for it. We can remove or hide anything that violates these terms, like content that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

10. Prohibited Conduct
When you engage with this site or our community, treat others with respect. Do not post hateful or harassing language toward any person or group. Do not spread misinformation about health, legality, or safety regarding psychedelics. For example, avoid claiming a substance will cure a disease. Do not try to hack into our system or other users’ accounts. If you use our community chat rooms, do not advertise your own services prominently. If you sell or promote outside goods, it must relate to our mission and get our approval first. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that misbehave, without refund.

11. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
When you browse our site, we log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any payment details needed to process subscriptions or event fees. If you fill out a health or liability form for a retreat, we gather medical history, emergency contact info, and any dietary restrictions. You’re responsible for providing accurate information.

How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to send you newsletters, event reminders, and occasional updates about new content. If you sign up for a retreat, we share your medical info with on‐site medical staff or facilitators strictly to ensure your safety. We do not sell your personal data to any marketing firm or broadcaster. We may use aggregated, non‐identifiable data to understand site trends or plan future events.

Cookies and Tracking
We place cookies on your device to remember your login status, track site usage, and customize content. For example, if you choose to stay logged in, a cookie stores that preference. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic and see which articles resonate with you. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features—like staying logged in—might not work properly.

Third‐Party Services
We rely on Stripe or PayPal to process payments for retreats and paid programs. When you pay, you share your card information directly with them. If you sign up for our email list, you might use a service like Mailchimp. Each provider has its own privacy rules. We encourage you to review their policies before offering personal info.

Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, such as using SSL encryption and secure hosting. Our retreat forms are stored in encrypted databases accessible only to staff and trained facilitators. Despite all efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure. If a breach ever occurs, we will notify you as required by law and take steps to help you protect your identity.

Children’s Privacy
Our site is not for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe we have data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Your Rights
Under laws like California’s CCPA or the EU’s GDPR (if you’re in Europe), you may request to know what personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to delete your data or correct mistakes at any time. Submit a contact form with the subject “Data Request” and we will respond within 30 days.

12. Medical, Legal, and Professional Disclaimers
Everything on this site and during our retreats remains educational. We do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have questions about mental health, substance use, or physical conditions, consult a qualified provider. If we recommend you seek a medical screening before a retreat, follow that advice. If you ignore it and something goes wrong, you bear the responsibility. We do not replace therapy or psychiatric care. If you want legal advice about local regulations, hire a lawyer in your area rather than relying on our general commentary.

13. Liability Limitation and Indemnification
Renaissance Coaching LLC, its officers, employees, and facilitators are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage you suffer from using this site or taking part in our events. That includes any physical injury, mental distress, or financial loss. By attending a retreat or using advice from our site, you agree to hold us harmless if something goes wrong. If someone sues us because of something you did or said using our platform, you will cover our legal fees and any damages.

14. Refunds and Cancellation Policies
For online courses or community subscriptions, you may cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund, as long as you have not accessed paid content. After that, payments are nonrefundable. For retreats, deposits hold your spot. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start, we refund 50 percent of your deposit. If you cancel within 60 days, no refund. You can transfer your spot to someone else if we approve them and they pay any price difference.

15. Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to partners, research sources, or other sites like regulatory boards. We do not endorse their content simply because we link to it. If you follow external links, you agree to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible if their site is down or if you incur costs (like data charges) by visiting them.

16. Social Media Interaction
When you engage with our social channels—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or our private community—respect community guidelines. If you post a comment under our video, do not include hate speech or promotional spam. Should we remove or block your comment for breaking rules, you may not hold us responsible. If you share screenshots from our private community in public forums, we reserve the right to suspend your membership.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms follow California law, since Renaissance Coaching LLC is registered here. If you have a dispute with us, submit a contact form describing the issue. Let us try to sort it out together. If we cannot reach a solution, any legal claim must take place in a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

18. Severability and Waiver
If any part of these terms is invalidated by a court, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

19. Changes to the Terms and Privacy Policy
We may change these terms or the privacy policy at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your rights or how we use your data, we will post a notice on the site or email active users. Continued use after changes means you agree to them.

20. Contact Information
If you have questions or want to exercise any rights about your data, submit a contact form request:
