CEREMONY

Sacred ceremony, held with care.

Some of the most important moments of my life didn’t happen in a classroom, a cockpit, or a church building. They happened in ceremony — in stillness, in nature, in community, in the presence of something much larger than myself.

Through Heartspace Church, I now have the privilege of holding that space for others. If someone you trust pointed you here, welcome. This page will tell you what ceremony is for us, how it unfolds, and how to begin a conversation.

COMMUNION

More Than an Experience

In Heartspace, ceremony is communion. We gather with intention, we pray, we sit in silence, and we open ourselves to what is already within us. Our sacrament is shared in two forms: cacao, which we honor as the blood of God, and psilocybin mushrooms, which we honor as the body of God.

I don’t see ceremony as a quick fix or an escape. I see it as a doorway. What matters most is not what happens in a single day, but who you become in the weeks and months afterward — and the love you carry back into your life.

Ceremony is not therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care. It is a spiritual practice, held with reverence.

THE PATH

How Ceremony Takes Shape

PreparationWe begin with conversation. Together we explore your intentions, your health, and what you’re ready to release or transform. Every participant completes screening and becomes an Affirmed Member of Heartspace Church.
CeremonyA day set apart and carefully held — opened with intention and cacao, guided with presence, care, and safety, and closed with reflection and gratitude.
IntegrationFollow-up conversations and community support in the weeks afterward — because that is where the real work happens.

CARE

Held With Responsibility

Ceremony is not right for everyone, and part of my role is helping discern whether it’s right for you, right now. Certain medications, health conditions, and life circumstances mean waiting, or choosing a different path.

I’ve trained in spiritual care, psychedelic facilitation, preparation, integration, and harm reduction, and I take that responsibility seriously.

There is no fee for ceremony. Heartspace is sustained by optional donations from those who feel moved to give.

BEGIN

Were You Referred by a Friend?

Most people find their way to ceremony through someone they trust. If that’s you, I’d love to hear from you. We’ll start with a simple conversation.

STAY CONNECTED

The Sunday Letter

Once a week, I share something I’ve been thinking about, learning, questioning, or trying to live more fully.

Sometimes it is about spirituality. Sometimes leadership, plant medicine, family, Yeshua, service, or simply something life has been teaching me that week.

No grand answers. Just a letter from one person on the path to another.
